Where do you deliver to?

We are an independent flower shop based in Little Chalfont. We deliver locally to these postcodes:

HP5 HP6 HP7 HP8 HP9 SL9 WD3

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

We charge £5 delivery for the above areas.

Flower deliveries:

Can I get flowers delivered same day? 

Yes, order by 1pm and we can deliver the same day.

Can I pick a future delivery date?

Yes, once you have selected your item there will be the option to enter a delivery date. If you have a preference for Am/Pm this information can be entered into the 'delivery comments' box. We do not deliver on Sundays, unless it is Mother’s Day.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

The driver will typically leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place at the delivery address, leaving a card with this information on. Alternatively, we may attempt re-delivery later in the day. If this is not feasible or the recipient is unavailable when a later delivery is attempted, we will leave a 'While you were out' card explaining what has happened. This will then allow the recipient to arrange collection from our shop or they can request delivery the next day. 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver flowers Monday to Saturday. We generally start delivering at 9:30am and finish at 2pm.

When can I collect my flowers?

If selected ‘collection’ at check out, your bouquet will be ready to collect on your chosen day from 9am.

Can I order wedding flowers on your website?

No, we are proud to offer a truly individual service for designing your wedding flowers so please call Francesca on 01494 762760 to book your free consultation or email events@flower-boutique.com for more information.

What if the delivery address is outside of your stated area?

Unfortunately this is not a service we currently offer.

Will I get a delivery confirmation email?

Yes, when the driver has notified the shop that the delivery has been made we will send you an email confirming that. 

Plant Deliveries:

When will my plant be delivered? 

We will delivery your plant within 1-3 days of ordering. If you require a set date, please call the shop first to discuss.

When can I collect my plant?

If you’ve chosen the collection option at checkout, you will receive an email between 1-24hours afterwards stating that your plant is ready for collection. Plants need to be collected within 7 days of ordering.

Gift Deliveries:

How will my gift get delivered?

Our full time driver will deliver the gift in person. The delivery area for gifts the same area as our flowers and plants. 

Will my gift be gift wrapped?

As standard, the gift will arrive protected by tissue paper a raffia bow. 

Do you have more items in stock?

If you wish to order more of your selected item/s then please call the shop on 01494 762760 to check stock levels.

Can I return my gift?

If the item is faulty then we will happily exchange it for another one or give you store credit.
