Also known as the bamboo palm, the areca palm (Dypsis lutescens) is one of the easiest palms to grow indoors, it’s graceful large, feathery green fronds that form a soft curve. The areca palm tolerates lower light conditons, making it perfect for a dimmer room or the corner of a living room.

The areca palm prefers a moderate to light amout of water, and we suggest a monthly feed to help it stay green and gorgeous.

We currently have two sizes avalible, Large, pictured first is 2 metres tall, with a spread of 120cm in a 28cm pot. Medium, the last image, with denser fronds, is 120cm tall with a spread of 70cm in a 22cm pot.

The Large areca palm is shown in the large white Vinci pot, but would also suit the bronze Dubai pot. The Medium would be more suited to the Basket Weave pot.
