Can I get flowers delivered same day? 

Yes, order by 2pm and we can deliver your flowers that day.

Can I pick a future delivery date?

Yes, once you have selected your item there will be the option to enter a delivery date. If you have a preference for Am/Pm this information can be entered into the 'delivery comments' box.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

The driver will typically leave the order with a neighbour or in a safe place at the delivery address, leaving a 'While you were out' card. Alternatively, we may attempt redelivery later in the day. If this is not feasible or the recipient is unavailable when a later delivery is attempted, we will leave a 'While you were out' card explaining what has happened. This will then allow the recipient to arrange collection from our shop or they can request delivery the next day. 

Can I order funeral tributes on your website?

We endeavour to make all funeral tributes as personal and special as possible, therefore please call us direct on 01494 762760 where we can guide you through the process. 

What days do you deliver?

We deliver flowers Monday to Saturday. We generally start delivering at 9:30am and finish at 3pm. Delivery is also available on Sunday 11th March (Mother's Day) and online and phone orders are prioritised for morning deliveries. 

Can I order wedding flowers on your website?

What if the delivery address is outside of your area?

We are part of Interflora so can easily take your order over the phone or in the shop. Please call us on 01494 762760 to arrange your delivery. 

Will I get a delivery confirmation email?

Yes, when the driver has notified the shop that the delivery has been made we will send you an email. 


Gift Delivery

How will my gift get delivered?

If the recipient's address is in our deliver area, our driver will personally deliver the gift. If the address is outside of our area, we will post it via Royal Mail 1st class. 

Will my gift be gift wrapped?

As standard, the gift will arrive protected by bubble wrap and padding. If you wish to have it gift wrapped then please call us on 01494 762760 to place your order as a surcharge will apply. 

Do you have more items in stock?

If you wish to order more of your selected item/s then please call the shop on 01494 762760 to check stock levels.

Can I return my gift?

Yes, please call the shop to discuss a return.
